Applied online and a recruiter reached out a day later.
Had a brief phone screen and was invited to 2 back-to-back video interviews for the next week. One was a case - pretty simple just drafting sales emails.
Then invited on-site for a series of 30 minute interviews, all behavioral. Everyone was really nice, and most of the questions revolved around my background and why Flexport. Received my offer within a few hours of leaving the on-site.
Culture fit is super important to them, so making sure you meet and get along with lots of people from the team is a must!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Flexport (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
One call, where they were not kind or open to hearing who I was as a person. It was all about Flexport and getting to the next question. the lady didn't want to have any sort of back and forth. It was almost as if she was reading a script.

Question 1
I don't know exactly what the pay rate would be, but what if it was much lower than that? like 35-45k
I applied online. I interviewed at Flexport (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Suppose to be a phone screen, interview with HM, then 4 round virtual onsite. The hiring process was a mess. There were two separate recruiters and a recruiting coordinator and none of them kept me in the loop. They gave me zoom link that did not work, HM was unprepared for the interview. Ghosted after interview with HM , even after following up. Grossly incompetent hiring team.
