I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flexport (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
There were 5 interview total, but 4 out of 5 were 30 minutes or less. The screening interview with the recruiter was straight forward. After that, there were 3 back-to-back-to-back interviews where 3 employees currently in the position I was applying for put me through scenarios. The final interview was with the Sr. Manager and was more focused on my experience and background.

Case study+Behavioral questions. Account manager was very friendly and patient. I think it’s a good interview experience. Even there was a case study that I didn’t familiar with, I still feel very delighted to have this kind of challenge.
