Flexsim Software Products interview questions

Phone interview followed by onsite interview. Very startup feel and real friendly people. They asked some riddles and asked me to think out loud. Then have you do some programming while they watch.

I found out about the company through a job fair and submitted a resume. I was contacted soon afterward and was invited to the company office for an interview. The interviewers were very friendly and did a great job of providing information about their product and the type of work that I would be doing for the job. Overall it was a great experience.
