Group interview - 2 group tasks where you had to design an island and design a cocktail and pitch them to the other candidates and the managerial team. For the island task you needed to design an island then choose either tape, bluetack or a straw to be the single item you take with you to the island to survive. For the cocktail you were put into random groups with other bartenders and asked to design a seasonal cocktail, name it, what the ingredients/measurements were, what the price would be, etc.

very casual interview in the venue with the bar manager, made me feel very comfortable and were very nice throughout the interview. was not too stressfull or intense, would reccomend
