I applied in-person. I interviewed at Flip Flop Shops (Auburn Hills, MI) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very laid back and just wanted honesty. Nice people that understood how difficult retail can be with all sorts of stressors when customers don't care. Knew that employees have a life outside of just the retail shop as well.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Flip Flop Shops (Paramus, NJ) in Jan 2015
