Initial communication include Interview with Project Manager , Second round with Senior Project Manager , Further rounds with operation team and Regional team, it took a month for them to interview . After clearance from all team . They communicated and said we can offer certain % hike on current salary , and cannot offer package as per advertisement due to budget constraints. When asked you’re differing on words they said we can offered only this much % hike or else we have other candidate ready . They don’t respect with your time spent on interview process Can change words anytime by giving false reasons Hr team here is unprofessional and doesn’t value individual time . Doesn’t recommend to anyone applying job here
