Very easy just want to see if you are a decent talker. They asked if I was into movies. It was a brief conversation with two people and then I was hired.
Fast, friendly and public. All good things to have in an interview environment specifically when looking for servers. Willing to bet they don’t interview GMs out in the bar area, though!

Thanks for this feedback! You may be surprised, but we do typically interview all team members - leadership or otherwise - in our Lobby most of the time! This is a great space to showcase the units as well as do a building walk if it is required.
the process was extremely easy, though they should have mentioned that they break the law and that the shifts are 10-12 hours without breaks or time to even eat. words words words words
