We must say, something went sideways here, and it's fully on us. This is not a normal process and it does not accurately represent our culture. It's super important for us to get to know our candidates because they are our future team members, the people we will work together with every day. A good fit between the team and the candidate is just as important to us as technical skills. Mistakes do happen but we're sorry that we did not provide a better experience for you and we do regret that you formed a negative picture of Flix as a result.
