I was referred to the company and had a phone interview. During the chat, I was asked about my experience and how my pasts roles demonstrate I could be suitable for the job.
My interview was a Tuesday and was told I will receive a call on Friday about my status. I did not receive any, I sent emails for 4 weeks asking for my status and finally got a response after 1 month after the interview, I received an email saying I was not selected.
Recruiters or HR should not ghost candidates it is very unprofessional, remember when you were in my shoes. And if you promise one date take accountability.
