Flockjay interview questions

I was scheduled to speak to a recruiter. However, due to another appointment that could not be moved, I had to ask her to reschedule. Over the course of the next 2 days, I followed up 3 more times but did not receive any response. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but the date of interview has come and passed awhile ago. Still nothing. It is okay if I am no longer qualified for the role. However, "Ghosting" a candidate is extremely rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful to a candidate's time.

The interview process at Flockjay is what sold me on the company vs. other opportunities I was considering. I found the team to be knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful and very interested in the well being of their employees. The process was in-depth and had several rounds. I think that's important at a start up as every member of the team is a critical player. The process felt two-sided. For instance, while the team asked for references, they also allowed me to talk to multiple stakeholders across divisions. I found the Flockjay team to be very transparent and communicative throughout the process. While the process had several rounds, they all flowed smoothly and in a timely manner. I've been working in my field for over a decade and my interview process at Flockjay was amongst the best I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this process to others interested in mission-driven tech start ups.
