Interview process was straightforward - only 2 interviews. One initially with HR and another with the head of the team. It took more time than expected between the two interviews plus I expected at least 3 interviews in total.

Gab erst eine Runde mit Recruiting, das war ein sehr lockeres und offenes Gespräch, in der zweiten Runde dann mit der potenziellen Vorgesetzten und einer anderen HR Person. Beide Runden waren sehr angenehm, und war beides digital.

Quick process (2-3 weeks) despite a lot of stages, around 5-6. Mix of online and live interviews. For me it was ok however I agree that it may not be comfortable to spend so much time.

There are 3 interviews and one case study presentation with the Marketing head in the Netherlands but I did make it to the third interview. The company is small (30 people in Sydney office) so the fit element matters the most.
