Interview
They cycle through their 8 predetermined non-job related questions and then they are done. That's how you end up with team members that have no clue what they should do on the job.
The interview was virtual. It was a round-robin format with 4-5 team leads from the division I was interviewing with. The interview lasted almost an 1.5 hours and was supposed to go for 45 minutes. Standard interview, with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Got introduced to an opening by a recruiter. Had one 30 min in person panel interview and got the offer the same day that matched what I was asking for. This is a contract position.
