Florida Farm Bureau Insurance interview questions

3 stage interview: 1st - With HR recruiter, asking basic questions like what do you wanna work here, why are you good fit etc 2nd - WIth hiring manager. He will talk to about the company, ask you about your work history, why are you interested in claims, are you available for training After that, they completely ghosted me. They did not reach out to me at all. No rejection email or anything. I emailed the manager but was ghosted. Maybe this is a sign from their company culture.

1st interview was via zoom with a manager. The second was in person with a manager and the third is a round-robin at the state office with all the managers present, but you usually have the job if you get to that point.
