Had a recruiter reach out, passed my info to them and had a Teams interview. They asked questions saying that I didn't need to know the process or system, but then the questions was very detailed about a specific system where you really needed to know about in order to answer the question. They also asked questions about a problem they were currently having and asked how I would fix it. Sorry, why would I truthfully answer that? So you can that that solution, that you obviously can't solve yourself, take it and run with it so you can take credit. No wonder this job has been open for 6+ months.
