I applied online and then was called to do a phone interview. I passed the phone interview and then went to a group interview. The group interview was like an orientation/interview. I also passed this level. I am in the applicant pool. This is where I have been for the last year and a half. I'm just waiting for them to call.

This has changed greatly since I was hired. I understand now that there are multiple phones interviews in addition to a personality quiz. There is also a face-to-face interview in Orlando.

What is a way you have gone above and beyond for a student?
i applied for a math teaching position and I had a phone interview today. I was asked 5 questions and the interviewer told me that I will be informed of the interview result in a couple of days. What do you make of that? Am I in or out? I heard that right after the phone interview you would know if you get a second (personal) interview in Orlando.
