Flowbird interview questions

Interview process is short (which is a plus), had 2 stages. HR is very responsive and whole process took ~7-10 days. Which is fast comparing, that sometimes other companies respond to application after 1 month. Interview was conducted in very friendly way with whole team.

Telephone via a recruiter then in person with team leaders in Poole office. Short interview, around 30 minutes, introduction between me and team leaders and then covering previous experience and requirements for this job role and general information about the company, nothing out of the ordinary or particularly difficult.
