An Engineering Superintendent interviewed me and verified my relevant back ground. Took me on a tour and explained what I will expect in the everyday duties as an engineering tech. Then he asked if I was afraid of heights, I said no and he said good. I learned I was hired the following day.

Hiring was pretty standard applied online was called in for an interview. It was a fairly simple interview I had to talk and interview the head of HR first that all went pretty well. Then after talking to him for about an hour I talked to my boss now and he pretty much told me I was hired.
