The worst part about the interview was how comfortable the interviewer was telling me how difficult the lawyer was to work with, in the interest of "full disclosure". HR departments are more than capable of effectively dealing with these difficult personalities in a constructive manner, yet they allow them to get away with bad behaviour, effectively empowering them, and the cycle of abuse continues. All this does is create a toxic work environment with low employee morale.
