I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fontbonne University (Clayton, MO) in May 2023
Interview
A good interview, to the point, polite. Only one person at the interview made me uncomfortable. Did not seem friendly, seemed competitive and combative. Over all great experience, they were willing to get back to me very quickly!

Question 1
How do you make decisions about what to prioritize during a work week?
Relatively easy process, straightforward. Two rounds of interviewing, including telephone / video followed by on-campus meeting with various offices in student and academic affairs. From start to finish (application to hire) the process took about one month.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fontbonne University (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2014
Interview
Applied online and received an email for a panel interview. Met with 6 people– they were 20 minutes late because they decided to take a break. This seemed a little weird considering they chose the time / date of the interview. My time is also important! They asked basic behavioral questions. I had just gotten off a transatlantic flight so I was probably not at my best but no one seemed to notice. Most of the questions that I asked they seemed stumped by– these were questions like "What is a major project that I would be contributing to?" "What is one thing you'd like to change about this department or the university? How can I help with that?" Then they wanted to talk about pay, I said I was sure they had an estimate in mind, they then realized they had no pay information. Later heard through the grapevine that 30k was too much to ask and that I was "overqualified."

Question 1
Not difficult but definitely amusing: "This is our most important question. It's very, very important: How skilled are you at using Microsoft Office?" They were dead serious.
