Pretty smooth interview
Asked normal workplace questions.
Basically got hired on the spot because the position was vacant.
Didn't know what I was getting myself into, since I was younger and just wanted a job.

Completely informal. Essentially if they were willing to interview you, you were already hired. At the time of accepting the interview and offer I was asked to watch about 2 hours of videos and orientation films.
