I applied online. I interviewed at FoodMinds (Washington, DC) in May 2020
Interview
It was a multi-round interview process that began with a member of the HR team and then continued with senior members of the team for which I was interviewing. I had great, candid conversations with both the HR recruiter and the supervisors. Unfortunately, it ended with them verbally extending an offer and then ghosting me after multiple follow-ups on the role. The final response I got – a month after the initial offer – was, "Sorry, but we don't have the budget for this role."

Question 1
When was a time that food marketing made in impact on you?
An initial screening with a talent acquisitions manager, then two more rounds, both one hour each. The first round was more questions about myself and the second round was knowledge-based. Also provided writing samples.
The first call was HR phone call, second call was team interview, and the HR scheduled a phone call for result. The whole process took 1 week or so. The two HR calls were very casual. There was no room for salary negotiation.
