It starts off with HR outreach, once you pass that, they schedule you for in person with dept manager, final round was CEO and another manager. It's somewhat time consuming.

Question 1
HR asked questions about your professional background. The dept manager asked if I would retire there, then made a comment that I had more experience than him. He would ask work-related question but would occasionally ask questions that made me think he wants to know my age. He seems really obsessed with that. Then the 3rd round with the CEO was odd also. He asked a few work questions then he asked if I listened to podcast.

2 Interviews. At headquarters. First phone call. Then one with management and another with CEO. Very friendly. Quick interviews. After interview received offer and negotiation opportunity. Be prepared good luck.
