      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Forcepoint in Jul 2018

      Interview

Applied online, was approached by a recruiter and had an initial phone screening. Following the phone screening was informed the hiring manager would like to schedule an interview but would be going out of the office for a few days so we would schedule it when he got back. Followed up with the recruiter several times but no response. Amazing to me even though ghosting is extremely unprofessional it seems to be common practice among recruiters.
