I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Forcepoint in Feb 2016
Interview
Contacted by recruiter. Conversation with Director and then Project Manager. No technical questions. All questions asked were broad and it was more of a recruiting process to take on a role that required a high clearance for the federal government. Typical government contracting mentality to put people in slots, but not require a thorough screening. Don't expect to work on a high performance team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint
Interview
Very objective human process. Where the focus was based on experience.
Focusing heavily on customer experience, aiming to deliver better security services.
at the same time leaving the candidate at ease to answer the questions. a very well-designed process.
