I recently went through Forcepoint's hiring process, which included multiple interviews over several weeks.
I was rejected with the feedback that I had "not enough aging." This wasn't very clear, as I met the PM years of experience required and am in my early 30s.
The feedback suggested age played a role in the decision, which felt vague and disheartening.
I would have preferred more transparent feedback or none at all rather than feeling like age was a factor.
