I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Forgotten Harvest (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2021
Interview
I am on a greenfield project, so I doubt my experience will be typical. The interview started off with a run down of where the company is and in general where they want to go with setting up a new datacenter. I was asked about my previous projects as well as volunteer work I have done. Also, I was asked about some business knowledge and whether I really knew how Data Engineering could be beneficial for an organization. Finally, they just wanted to make sure I understood how in-house analytics and predictive modeling would work.
