Thanks for your feedback about our recruitment process. We only post genuine roles and have been hiring on a cycle for a growing team over the last 18 months. Our recruitment team reviews and assesses each application individually, and we use an online video platform as a further assessment tool to get to know candidates better, and to help us shortlist for a face to face interview from a very high number of applications. Each video is watched and individually scored by our team against a set of assessment criteria and emails on outcomes sent to candidates.
