I applied in-person. I interviewed at Fort Recovery Industries (Fort Recovery, OH)
Interview
I originally applied for an operations position, but upon expressing my interest in maintenance and noting my logic and motivation, quickly moved me into the testing and interview process for maintenance with no fuss or complaints.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fort Recovery Industries (Fort Recovery, OH) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview processes was a 3 hrs long. It included general mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge testing. Schematic diagrams and Hydraulic print reading was tested. They included the IQ test Wonderlic. Back ground paperwork, three references and drug testing are asked for. They also require a physical from a female doctor that will "play" with your junk. After working there for a few years and doing some paid background checks on line of fellow employees. I learned they do not do any background checks. They only have you sign a release of your background. No check is performed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask standard PC driven, nonsense questions designed by Management PhD's that have never worked outside of the world of "macadamia". (school house nuts)
