It was a position of UX designer of Design System. I have negative experience and don't recommend this place for work. - I was not informed how the technical interview will looks like and I needed to show the Figma sources that was under NDA. - I was never asked about the design process—how it started, how the scope of components was selected, questions about design tokens and other important aspects that should be considered when building a design system from scratch. However, it was concluded that I would not be able to create a Design System, despite the fact that I have done it before and provided proof of this. - I didn't get any information about a project, team, community, literally nothing about the future job and responsibilities.
