      Implementation Manager Interview

      22 Nov 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Singapore
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forter (Singapore) in Nov 2024

      Interview

The interview process at Forter was thorough (spanning around five rounds) yet smooth, with clear instructions and prompt feedback from the recruitment team at every stage. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and focused on assessing role fit rather than relying on standard questions. While the final round was a bit challenging, it was manageable with relevant experience. Overall, the process reflected Forter's positive culture and was genuinely motivating.

      Interview

I was approached by an internal recruiter, then an interview with hiring manager. 3rd round was 3 separate interviews with a team member and 2 upper management. Once you got through that there would have been a project.

      Implementation Manager Interview

      24 Sept 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Forter (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2024

      Interview

I interviewed at Forter for the position in Toronto, Canada. Honestly my review is to save you guys some time and DONOT APPLY TO ANY ROLE IN CANADA. I spent weeks interviewing with them which included - 1. Recruiter round 2. Manager round 3. 2 rounds with team mates 30 minutes each 4. Round with senior leader 5. An assignment 6. A presentation with a panel for 60 minutes And then radio silence for days, I followed up no reply. I emailed again tagging the hiring manager and then the recruiter emailed me back lying that she had called me to inform me about the result. I got no call or email. The feedback she gave me was all over the place, First she mentioned they hired other candidate and then she said no they didn't and a bunch of other things. It was completely random and every statement was contradictory. One of my friends also interviewed for Forter and they did the same. They interviewed him ( he is in Canada) but never filled the role in Canada, rather filled the role in east coast USA. Advice to Forter Leadership 1. Hire better recruiters who value candidate's time 2. It's a two way street, you mistreat candidates, you loose incoming talent. 3. Don't have a job opening you have no intent of hiring.
