I interviewed at Fortescue Zero (Kidlington, England)
Interview
Selection process was smooth. They hired around 15 people that year. I signed the contract in April/May 2025. Since it was a graduate role, the onboarding was scheduled for September. Then, just 3–4 working days before my start date, I received an email from Fortescue Zero with the itinerary for the first day and what to expect. Later that same evening, HR called to say they no longer wanted to proceed with me. Not even a week’s notice.
I had already turned down two other offers for this role. The whole situation pushed me into a really dark place mentally. So, thank you Fortescue for leaving me with permanent trust issues. That’s how it went for me, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
