I recently had a phone interview with HR for the Clinical Research Coordinator position. Overall, it was a positive experience. The HR representative was professional, friendly, and clear about the role’s requirements and responsibilities. They asked relevant questions about my background and experience, and I appreciated how they provided a good overview of the company and the team I would potentially be working with.
The conversation flowed well, and I felt like it was a great first step in the process. However, after the call, I didn’t hear anything further.
Despite not receiving any follow-up, the interview itself was a good experience, and I still have a positive impression of the company. Hopefully, communication improves in the future!
