It was a lady who phoned 2 minutes after the agreed time, she explained that there would be a further opportunity to answer questions, but i couldn't do so today, and there would be a pause after each reply so she had time to write notes. She was really sweet and settled my nerves a lot. They asked questions on 4 competencies and about the industry in general

Pretty standard: Online assessment, phone interview and the final assessment centre. The questions are not too difficult but they require you to answer in a very concise and refined way.
