Competency based application, aptitude test, one face-to-face interview and then an assessment centre.
Make sure you use the words used on the website to describe your competency, this is basically a 'tick-box' exercise.
The aptitude test is used as a filter. If you pass, you are immediately invited to the interview. If not, you are rejected.

I had a telephone interview, the woman on the call was very friendly and helpful. standard questions about knowledge on the company, the industry, the service line (tax). also included a few questions on time management, team work and data/numerical analysis. They emailed me an hour after the interview, inviting me to the assessment centre day which I have still to attend
