After the Initial verbal reasoning and logic tests, I got asked to do a telephone interview with HR. the questions were relatively simple but interview was made more difficult because it felt very much like reading off a list.

Interview just before the AC. It was quite easy to crack. However, the interviewer could have been slightly better. It felt like they weren't listening and I got cut off multiple times.

Underwent a telephone interview for around 25 minutes with a member of their early recruitment team. Mainly competency based with some questions about myself and motivation for applying. I received an offer to attend an assessment centre.

they asked me about motivations for applying, relevant challenges facing Mazars and the industry, my approach to working in a team collaboratively, my approach to analysing data and the best piece of constructive feedback I have received
