People in HR were very friendly and I had a good telephone interview. Very enthusiastic and positive. Very encouraging. Received response from telephone interview within the hour and was put through to the assessmet day. Assessment day consisted of interview with partner, group exercise, and in tray exercise which was not difficult technically but very time pressured which means most people will panic and not make it through to the next stage. Offer within a few weeks by post.
