I applied through other source. I interviewed at Foster
Interview
Overall a smooth an easy process. First was a short phone interview. In person interview was with HR, an attorney, and the managing partner. Everyone was very nice and the interview felt very natural.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Foster (Houston, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
HR will interview the applicant first, then the applicant take computer-based test and writing test. At last, the applicant will be scheduled for another interview to meet with legal team. Interview questions are regular ones, nothing changeling. Be prepared for the tests, if you have experience preparing and taking LSAT, you will be fine for the computer based test; if not, it is stressful. For writing test, you really need to be prepared and they will let you know if you will be tested for writing skill.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foster in Jun 2015
Interview
Fairly staidly forward. Sent resume directly on website and was called in for an interview with HR and the partner I would be working for. The HR representative explained the basic responsibilities I would have, gave me a run down of the benefits (which are quite nice), and then the partner joined the interview
