The interview process was decent overall, though a little long and repetitive for an entry-level role. Each round was an hour or more. I gotta give Foundant a negative overall though. They ghosted me for two weeks following the last interview (which seemed to go well). I finally emailed just to close the lid on this and they eventually replied with a generic rejection, no feedback offered.
Given their company values, it's disappointing to see the disrespect for candidates' time. However, I think this is something that could be resolved with a more thoughtful interview/hiring process. After four panel rounds of roughly 5 hrs of candidate time, you really can't be hitting people with a "due to the high volume of applicants, we've declined to move forward." That's an appropriate response pre-interview or maybe following the initial recruiter call, not after dedicating a large amount of time and care.
