I applied online. I interviewed at Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (Alma, MI) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interviewers were warm and make the experience very pleasant. The questions were of average difficulty but they felt more like a conversation. My questions were answered with a lot of honesty and openness.

The first interview was really easy and felt more like a conversation, which is a huge plus. The second one, while repetitive in questions, is more intense and in-person. Be ready to get grilled, especially by Molly

The interview was a 30-minute phone call. It was fairly straightforward; they mainly ask about your views on free speech and the work you've done on it thus far. They're really looking for people passionate about the work they do.
