I applied online. I interviewed at Foundation for Jewish Camp
Interview
This organization does great work, but unfortunately - my experience as a candidate was less positive.
I had two interviews for the position, and experienced a lack of clear communication throughout the process (for example, I was told that the second interview would be with the hiring manager and only learned that I would intentionally be interviewed by someone else when I joined the call. Some of the preparation I had done for this call was therefore irrelevant for the interview).
Sadly, my second interview - which took place nearly two months ago - was also the last communication I had with FJC. I followed up twice and never heard back.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Foundation for Jewish Camp
Interview
I found everything extremely professional. The CEO asked excellent questions and was very passionate about the organization. He has a great background and history with the organization. The interview was conducted first with a recruiter by phone, then at the recruiter's offices.
