Founding Farmers interview questions

There was a long and annoying online process (one of those dumb “aptitude tests”) I think mainly to weed out people who wouldn’t do the work. Interview was easy, and there was no drug testing.

simple, straightforward, not too many questions. pretty much just wanted an idea of your experience if you had any (my host experience/any restaurant or soft skills/understanding of a restaurant setting equally helped) but told me they train anyway so experience wasn't necessary. They hired me on the spot and sent papers for processing
