At Four Hands, we have developed a comprehensive vetting process that looks at a number of elements as we consider candidates for our open positions. Candidates meet with various members of the teams they will be working with, complete various assessments that evaluate natural behaviors and cognitive ability, and we work through a comprehensive process in which we follow up with provided references to get an idea of a candidate’s successes and struggles in previous roles. We use input from all parts of the process to create a complete candidate profile. Our hiring process is comprehensive and thorough, and we believe it provides us with the best overall qualified candidates who can meet our overall needs and requirements for a position.
We hate to hear that a candidate walked away from interviewing with us without a clear understanding of why he or she was not hired.
