First, they will call you on phone to ask some personal information, and talk about the hourly rate, if you are happy with it, you will receive an interview email.
Then you need to attend the interview with your passport, NI number and right-to-work share code. And you will have a 121 interview.

Very nice and you need a business dress. And you need bring your passport and brp to prove you have the right to work. Don't be late. Just one hr interview you in the first round.
