Initial application was CV and Cover Letter followed by a quick recruiter screening call
The second stage was online where you record video answers to pre-recorded questions. This largely focussed on the values of FourthRev and competencies for the facilitation role
The final stage was a video call with the hiring manager and senior programme lead. They asked 4 questions in the format: ‘tell me about a time where you…’
All questions were related to the course material which the position would be teaching.
Feedback and outcome was given one week after the final interview via email.
