Initial call with sdr manager -> sales assessment test -> interview with CFO -> HR interview (very annoying, it feels like you're going back to square one when you finally start dealing with HR)

Interviewed with the Team Lead SDR.
Invited me the next day to talk with Sr Sales Manager and VP of Sales.
Did a Personality/Aptitude/IQ Test.
Asked for references.
Waited two weeks for feedback.
They want someone very technical.
