I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fragomen (Chicago, IL) in May 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from Fragomen who did an initial phone screening. Then I went into the office adn met with a Senior Associate who asked me several questions regarding my background and previous immigration experience, basically the types of cases/visas I had previously worked on.
Spoke to a NY recruiter over the phone before meeting with the Boston team in-office for a 30 min interview. It wasn't challenging. Run of the mill questions, only one related to immigration.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
On interview over the phone and then an in person interview with multiple attorneys and supervising paralegals. Questions were very straightforward it took less than 30mins. Questions mostly asked by the attorneys about why I wanted to work Immigration, if I had any intention to go to law school, general career goals, etc.
