Franciscan Health Business Analyst interview questions

After applying, I received a call to set up a screening interview. Before the screening interview could take place, I was required to submit 5 references. This was a red flag; a normal application wouldn't ask for references until later in the process. Screening interview was scheduled as a 30 min call. There were 11 mins of her asking me questions, and she gave me no opportunities to ask about the job, the company, or the environment. She ended the call with "we might call in you a week or two, but maybe not. Check our candidate profile page if you want more information."
