First, I was pleased with the quick response and an invitation to the first interview (within 2 days). The interview was conducted by 2 employees (one technical and one from HR). The technical position was introduced before I had to present a prepared presentation about my projects, to which I was asked questions. Then the HR employee presented some facts about the company. I was promised that I would receive the result of the interview within a certain time frame. In fact, I did not receive it. When I logged into the application tool, it turned out that I had been rejected. After consulting with HR, the rejection was attributed to an error in the system, and I was invited to the second interview in person. The second interview never happened because the first appointment was postponed. Then, just 45 minutes before the rescheduled appointment, when I was already on my way to the appointment, I received a rejection after asking for some details. The reason given: The position had already been filled. This is definitely not a good style and leaves the overall impression of a disorganized company. I hope the processes will be improved for the next applicants.
