I applied through Franklin Energy's website with my resume. About three weeks later, an HR representative contacted me by email to schedule a phone interview for the position. At the beginning of the phone interview, the HR representative was very professional and friendly and informed me that the position is in the final stages of interviewing and offered to interview me for a related position within their marketing department. I thought that was nice of her to ask, but decided to decline the interview for another position since I was seeking something more career-related in graphic design.
