The assessment day was on Teams due to COVID-19.
The day involved a number of pair and group exercises:
Pair task: Why would you make a good recruitment consultant? Then we had to pitch to the other candidates why each-other would be suited to the role. Which was enjoyable....
Although, one task involved designing a holiday for one of the directors.....I found this a bit pointless and irrelevant to the role. I feel this could be a role play interview or initial phone call to showcase our communication and listening skills and to show how we could act for Franklin Fitch.
It was a positive experience overall.
